Terms of Service

This is an analytics and entertainment product. It shows sports and esports fixtures, statistics and model-generated commentary, and it lets you record predictions and track how they would have performed.

It is not a bookmaker and it does not accept, hold or pay out money on wagers. Balances shown inside the product are demo balances used to score your own tracking. Nothing here is a betting slip.

Nothing in this product is financial, investment or betting advice. Model output is a statistical estimate produced automatically and is frequently wrong.

No outcome is guaranteed, promised or predicted with certainty, regardless of any confidence figure shown next to it. A confidence number is a model artefact, not a promise.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live if that is higher.

One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything done through your account.

Referral codes are for inviting real people. Creating accounts to farm referral rewards is abuse and those accounts may be closed without notice.

Sportslyx is a subscription product: there is no free tier. A new account starts with a 7-day trial of the Pro plan, and access to the product begins only once that trial is running.

We collect a valid payment card when the trial starts. Nothing is charged on that day.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription continues automatically and the card is charged the then-current Pro price, plus any tax that applies, and then once per month on the same cycle until you cancel. The exact amount and the date of the first charge are shown before you enter your card and again in Account → Plan for the whole trial.

Cancel at any time during the trial from Account → Plan, or through the billing portal linked there. Cancelling during the trial costs nothing: access continues to the end of the trial and no charge is made.

One trial per account. If a trial has already been used on an account, starting a subscription again begins paid billing immediately.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Prices, quotas and what each plan includes are shown on the plan page before you pay.

Plans grant a monthly token allowance for AI features. Tokens are a usage quota inside the product; they are not currency, they have no cash value and they are not refundable or transferable.

A trial carries a smaller token allowance than the paid plan it previews; the number is shown before you start it and converts to the full monthly allowance on the first payment.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

The product depends on third-party data sources that can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We show what we have and say so when data is missing; we do not fabricate results.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have paid for, we will say so in advance.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time from Account → Plan. Cancellation stops the next charge; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and that period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because a subscription here gives you immediate access to digital content, that right ends once you start using the paid features — by asking us to start immediately and acknowledging this at checkout, you agree to that. If you have not used any paid feature, write to us within 14 days and we will refund in full.

We also refund in full when you were charged in error: a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation took effect, or a charge for a period in which the service was unavailable to you for an extended time.

Refund requests go to support@sportslyx.com. Tokens already spent on generated analyses are consumed and are not refundable in themselves — they have no cash value.

Prices shown on the plan page are exclusive of sales tax and VAT. Where tax applies to your country or state, Stripe calculates it at checkout and adds it to the total, so the amount charged to your card can be higher than the listed price. The final total is always shown on the payment page before you confirm.
