Terms of Service

This is an analytics and entertainment product. It shows sports and esports fixtures, statistics and model-generated commentary, and it lets you record predictions and track how they would have performed.

It is not a bookmaker and it does not accept, hold or pay out money on wagers. Balances shown inside the product are demo balances used to score your own tracking. Nothing here is a betting slip.

Nothing in this product is financial, investment or betting advice. Model output is a statistical estimate produced automatically and is frequently wrong.

No outcome is guaranteed, promised or predicted with certainty, regardless of any confidence figure shown next to it. A confidence number is a model artefact, not a promise.

Without an account you can read the public pages of the site and the free preview of upcoming matches, which shows the predicted winner and the win chance for each match. These terms apply to that use too, including the age rule below.

The full AI match analysis, Our Picks, VIP Picks, Pick Builder, Parlays, Battle, the AI assistant and tracking your own picks need an account.

Until 12 October 2026 guests could also open a small number of free AI match analyses a day. That allowance has been discontinued.

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority where you live if that is higher.

One person, one account. You are responsible for keeping your password — or the Google account you sign in with — safe, and for everything done through your account.

Referral codes are for inviting real people. Creating accounts to farm referral rewards is abuse and those accounts may be closed without notice.

Creating an account is free and starts a 30-day free trial. No payment card is collected and nothing is charged. During the trial the account has Pro-level features with its own allowance for the whole trial: 10 AI match analyses and 1 Pick Builder run in total. The allowance is not topped up daily; once it is used, the paid features lock until you choose a plan.

VIP Picks are not part of the trial. The trial includes one Our Picks day pass: once during the trial you can open every Our Picks call for 24 hours; after that, same-day Our Picks need a paid plan.

The trial ends without any charge. It does not renew and never turns into a paid subscription by itself. When it ends, the account stays open and the paid features lock until you choose a plan through Manage subscription in the account menu.

One free trial per person. We may decline the trial — the account is still created, and you can choose a plan — when the same mailbox, browser or device has already used one, or when a network address has started an unusual number of trials. Accounts created to collect extra trials may be closed.

Some accounts created before 2 October 2026 started with a card trial in Stripe instead. Those trials keep their original terms: unless cancelled before the trial ends, they turn into a monthly subscription charged to the card on file at the price of the Pro plan on the list below, and they can be cancelled at any time — free of charge during the trial — through Manage subscription in the account menu.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Three plans are offered — Starter, Pro and Unlimited — each billed monthly or yearly. Prices, allowances and what each plan includes are shown on the plan page before you pay.

Choosing a plan starts paid billing immediately. A monthly plan is charged for the first month at checkout and renews automatically every month on the same date until you cancel.

A yearly plan is paid for the whole year in advance at checkout, at 20% off twelve monthly payments, and renews automatically every year on the same date until you cancel. The amount and the date of each charge are shown through Manage subscription in the account menu.

Plans include allowances for AI features, shown on the plan page. Starter includes 50 AI tokens a month; 5 tokens buy an Our Picks day pass that opens every Our Picks call for 24 hours. Pro includes AI match analyses without a monthly cap and up to 10 Our Picks a day; Unlimited has no daily cap on Our Picks. Tokens are a usage quota inside the product; they are not currency, they have no cash value and they are not refundable or transferable.

The trial allowance described above is separate from plan allowances: when you subscribe, your balance is set to the allowance of the plan you chose.

Moving from monthly to yearly billing starts the yearly period immediately; the unused part of the current month is credited against the yearly charge. Moving from yearly to monthly billing, or to a lower plan, takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for.

Moving to a higher plan on the same billing period charges only the difference between your current price and the new one, and keeps your renewal date.

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — the month for a monthly plan, the year for a yearly plan.

The product depends on third-party data sources that can be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. We show what we have and say so when data is missing; we do not fabricate results.

We may change, suspend or discontinue features. If we discontinue a paid feature you have paid for, we will say so in advance.

You can cancel a paid plan at any time through Manage subscription in the account menu. Cancellation stops the next charge; the plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for — a month or a year — and that period is not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

If you are a consumer in the EU or the UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. Because a subscription here gives you immediate access to digital content, that right ends once you start using the paid features — by asking us to start immediately and acknowledging this at checkout, you agree to that. If you have not used any paid feature, write to us within 14 days and we will refund in full.

We also refund in full when you were charged in error: a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation took effect, or a charge for a period in which the service was unavailable to you for an extended time.

Refund requests go to support@sportslyx.com. Tokens already spent on generated analyses are consumed and are not refundable in themselves — they have no cash value.

There is one price list for everyone: Starter $9, Pro $19 and Unlimited $59 per month, or Starter $86.40, Pro $182.40 and Unlimited $566.40 per year (20% off the monthly price). The plan page and the checkout page show the price before you pay.

Subscriptions started before 2 October 2026 at a different price move to this list from their next billing period; the current period is neither charged extra nor refunded.

Prices shown on the plan page are exclusive of sales tax and VAT. Where tax applies to your country or state, Stripe calculates it at checkout and adds it to the total, so the amount charged to your card can be higher than the listed price. The final total is always shown on the payment page before you confirm.
