General support
Sign-in trouble, questions about a plan, a page that will not load or something that looks broken. Tell us what you expected and what happened instead.

Settlement or data question
A read graded the wrong way, a missing score, a line that looks stale or a team shown incorrectly. Include the sport, the date and the two sides so we can find the game.

What to include. The email address on your account, the sport and date of any game you are asking about, and a screenshot if something on the screen looks wrong. Please do not send passwords or full card numbers — support never needs them, and card details are held by Stripe, not by Sportslyx.
What to expect. Messages are read in the order they arrive and answered by a person. Simple account and billing questions are usually the quickest; a settlement query takes longer because we check the official result and the grading rule before replying. If you are signed in, the Assistant inside the product can also open a support conversation without leaving the page.

Most account changes do not need an email at all. Here is where each one lives, and when to write instead.
Cancel, change plan or update a card
All of this is in Account → Plan, which also opens the Stripe Billing Portal for card details and invoices. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for; during the trial it costs nothing. Write to us only if the portal will not open or a charge looks wrong.

Export or delete your data
You can delete your account yourself from Account → Danger zone: it signs you out everywhere, closes any active subscription at the end of the paid period and removes your personal data. To request a copy of your data, or to have the account deleted for you, email us from the registered address as described in the Privacy Policy.

Refund rules — including consumer withdrawal rights and charges made in error — are set out in the Terms of Service; what we collect and how long we keep it is in the Privacy Policy. Refund requests go to the same support address.

Data, integration and media enquiries use the same address. A clear subject line is what gets them routed quickly.
Partnerships
Data providers, integrations and commercial proposals. Say who you are, what you are proposing and how it fits an analytics product that does not take bets — the company board is part of every subscription, published before the start and graded in public.
